Should you have flirted more? Life is so full of these moments where things could go one way, or another. Relationships are certainly like that. It is interesting thinking back through life about friendships that developed, and other ones where the potential was never realized. I guess that the whole of nature works that way. There are some lovely poplar trees near here, and for a week or two of every year the road below them turns white with all their downy seed. It is amazing to think of how many forests they might have made..., yet almost none of those seeds will produce anything at all, but how lovely it is if even one seed does mature and take root somewhere!<br /><br />As I write this it is just after 1 in the morning here, and I have been working since just after 3am the morning before, is that 22 hours? I can't do the math! A deadline to meet with work, and two electric kilns to fire. I think I can finally switch things off about an hour from now..
